policy for distribution to our members. This policy reflects current
"best practice" which may be subject to modification from future
legislative and judicial action. You should, of course, feel free to
modify it to fit your needs, however, it is always wise to have such
changes and your final policy reviewed by legal counsel, both initially
and on a continuing basis.
