MSBO, MASA and MASB have partnered with SafeSchools, the nation’s leading provider of online employee training designed specifically for schools, to offer Michigan schools access to this great program at a very low subscription fee. If your district is a member of both the MASB-SEG Property/Casualty Pool and the SEG Self-Insurer Workers’ Compensation Fund, you qualify to receive all SafeSchools programs for FREE. This is possible due to the generous support of SET SEG.
SafeSchools offers 80 courses all online, and is planning another 40 within the next two years. Courses cover a wide variety of topics that are required for many of your employees (bloodborne pathogens, asbestos, etc.) as well as important topics like bullying, sexual harassment, and student management/discipline.
