Submission of Annual Financial and Single Audits

  1. Submit audits via e-mail or paper on or before November 15, 2008.
  2. MDE's address is 608 W. Allegan. If you send it to 430 W. Allegan, it will be delivered to the Department of Treasury but not MDE.
  3. If you submit the audits electronically, please follow these directions.
  4. If you submit the audits electronically, please be careful not to add spaces in the name of the document. This is a common error.
  5. Remember to include the federal Data Collection Form and the Management Letter with the audit submission.
  6. Remember to include the Summary Schedule of Prior Audit Findings and Corrective Action Plan as required by OMB Circular A-133 Section 320(c)
